Accessing and/or Paying for Your Vehicle

Accessing a Vehicle at Our Facility

Was your vehicle towed and brought to our storage facility? Before accessing your vehicle to pick up personal belongings and/or pay out the vehicle, you must:

Be the registered owner of the vehicle AND/OR be printed on the vehicle's insurance policy
    • Not the registered owner or on the vehicle's insurance?
      • A notarized VSF form can be filled out and turned in with a valid ID (notary can be done in our office with a $6 fee or completed at any notary location)
Present a valid government-issued photo ID (must be up to date)
    • Driver's license;
    • Passport;
    • Military ID;
    • or any State-issued ID
Present valid proof of vehicle ownership of the vehicle (must be up to date)
    • Title;
    • Registration;
    • Insurance policy;
    • or Bill of sale
IMPORTANT: We are a state-regulated tow/storage facility and must follow these guidelines strictly. If you do not have all of these documents, you will not be able to access your vehicle, no exceptions. If you have any further questions or concerns about required documents, please contact us.

While At Our Facility

There are some rules that you should keep in mind before arriving at our facility to access your vehicle:
  1. A form of ID will be temporarily held in the office while accessing the vehicle
  2. Other vehicles are not authorized to be driven onto our lot
    • If you have belongings in the stored vehicle, you may not drive another vehicle back into the lot to unload and load those belongings
    • We do offer wagons that you may borrow to transport large/large quantities of items
  3. You may not remove anything that is physically attached to the vehicle (ex: stereos, tires, bumpers, etc)
  4. Children are not allowed on the lot
  5. Only two people at a time are allowed on the lot
  6. You may not work on/have work done on your vehicle while it is on our lot
    • The vehicle must be taken off the lot before having work done on it (i.e. tire change, engine work, etc.)

We accept all major credit cards, most company checks, and cash (EXACT CHANGE ONLY) as forms of payment
